What we do
All of it for healthcare. Take one, or hand us the lot - most clients start with a licence and end up giving us the rest because it is the same team either way.
Licences, approvals and government paperwork
We handle it remotely. You keep working.
Getting licensed in the UAE means one authority for your emirate, a document list that changes by category, and several approvals that come from bodies the health authority does not control. We do the whole thing for you - for doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists and allied professionals, and for the clinics, medical centres, pharmacies, laboratories and hospitals that employ them.
- Practitioner licences - new, renewal, transfer between authorities
- Facility licences - opening a new practice, and keeping an existing one current
- The approvals behind the licence - waste management, emergency planning, radiation, building completion
- DataFlow primary source verification, from submission to result
Clinic interiors, designed and built
A space that passes inspection and still looks like your brand.
A clinic interior is not an ordinary office fit-out. Room sizes, sinks, flooring, ventilation and waste routes are all things the health authority inspects, and a beautiful space that fails its inspection costs you the opening date. We design and build with the licence requirements already in hand, so the drawings submitted to the authority and the site that gets inspected are the same thing.
- Layouts drawn against the authority requirements for your category
- Full fit-out - partitions, finishes, joinery, lighting and signage
- The technical work an inspection looks at - sinks, ventilation, flooring, waste routes
- Building completion and the approvals that come with it
Contracting for clinics, medical centres and hospitals
One contractor who already knows what the inspector will look for.
Healthcare construction is governed twice: by the municipality like any building, and by the health authority for everything that touches patient care. We take the whole job as the main contractor - civil works, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, medical gas and the finishes - and coordinate the specialist trades so the site is ready for the authority’s inspection on the date you were promised.
- New-build and shell-and-core works for medical facilities
- Mechanical, electrical and plumbing to healthcare specification
- Medical gas, ventilation and isolation requirements for treatment areas
- Coordination of specialist subcontractors under one programme
Floor plans drawn for approval, then approved
Drawings the authority accepts the first time.
Before a clinic can be licensed, its floor plan has to satisfy the health authority - room sizes, the flow between reception, treatment and sterilisation, sinks, storage and waste - and the building has to clear the municipality and civil defence. We draw the plan against those requirements from the start and file it with every authority that needs to sign, whether we build it or someone else does.
- Space planning for a new clinic, or a change of use in an existing unit
- Layouts checked against the health authority requirements for your category
- Submission drawings for the health authority, municipality and civil defence
- Follow-up on comments until the approval is issued
Keeping a healthcare facility running and inspection-ready
Planned upkeep, fast call-outs, records ready for the inspector.
A clinic cannot close for a broken chiller or a failed sterilisation line, and the authority expects maintenance records when it visits. We look after the building services on a planned schedule, attend when something fails, and keep the log that proves it was done.
- Annual maintenance contracts for clinics, medical centres and hospitals
- Air conditioning, ventilation, electrical and plumbing upkeep
- Medical gas and treatment-room installations
- Emergency call-outs when something fails during clinic hours
Custom AI, systems, apps and websites
Software built around how your practice actually runs.
Most clinic software asks you to change how you work to suit it. We build the other way round. We design and build custom systems for healthcare - patient records, imaging, billing, booking, the internal tools nobody sells off the shelf - and we put AI where it saves real hours, not where it makes a good demo.
- Custom AI solutions and automations built for your workflow
- Complete digital ecosystems - the systems in a practice, connected instead of separate
- Mobile apps for patients and for staff
- Websites and booking, built to bring in patients
Marketing plans for healthcare
Fill the appointment book, without sounding like everyone else.
Healthcare marketing has rules other sectors do not, and patients can tell when a clinic is copying its competitors. We build the plan around what your practice is actually good at, then run the parts you would rather not: the content, the search visibility, the campaigns and the reporting that shows whether any of it worked.
- A marketing plan specific to your practice and your city
- Search visibility, so patients find you before your competitors
- Content and social, in Arabic and English
- Campaigns, with reporting you can actually read
Photography, 3D scanning, modelling and printing
How your practice looks, and what you can hold in your hand.
Two things clinics keep asking us for. The first is proper photography - of the space, the team and the work - because stock images fool nobody. The second is 3D: scanning, modelling and printing, whether that is a dental or surgical model, a prototype, or a physical piece you need made accurately and quickly.
- Photoshoot sessions - clinic, team, treatments and products
- 3D scanning
- 3D modelling
- 3D printing
Private training and continuing education
Keep your team sharp - and your licences renewable.
Continuing education is not optional: authorities ask for CME evidence when a practitioner renews, and a team that falls behind on hours becomes a renewal problem months later. We run private sessions for your staff and continuing education for practitioners, built around what your team actually does rather than a generic syllabus.
- Private training sessions for your team
- Continuing education sessions for practitioners
- Onboarding and systems training for new staff
Ready clinics, for sale and for handover
Buy a practice that already runs, instead of starting at zero.
Some buyers want a licence and a site. Others want a practice that already has both, with the rooms fitted and the approvals current. We keep a register of ready clinics coming to market and match them to buyers, then handle what makes a sale real: the licence transfer, the authority approvals and the company paperwork the handover depends on.
- A register of ready clinics coming to market
- Matching a buyer to a practice by category, emirate and size
- Licence transfer between owners, filed with the authority
- The approvals and company paperwork a handover depends on
