Recruitment privacy and your choices
A.I.H HEALTH SERVICES L.L.C.SP operates this recruitment network as part of Kyour recruitment. We use the professional information you provide to maintain your candidate profile and, with your permission, discuss work opportunities.
What you provide
Your verified account email, name, optional phone, professional background, licensing and DataFlow details, work preferences, salary expectations and any CV or report you upload. Avoid passports, patient data and passwords. DataFlow details are self-reported; a manual review is labelled separately.
Who can see it
Your profile is private by default. Turning on team sharing lets authorised AIHHS staff view it and contact you about relevant opportunities. A clinic receives access only after you accept its named introduction. Scoped Tower and Kyour accounts can access accepted introductions for their assigned clinics when commissioned. This does not make your profile public.
Separate email preferences
Job and career update emails are optional. Registration, attendance at a lecture and recruitment sharing do not subscribe you. Change the email checkbox in your profile at any time. Campaign emails must include a working unsubscribe link and honour your current preference before sending.
Withdrawal and removal
Turning sharing off withdraws active introductions. Switching it on again does not restore them. You can delete your profile and uploaded documents in the profile page; this leaves your sign-in account and a minimal audit history. Previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Contact us for access, correction or account-removal requests.
Measurement and records
We record profile and consent changes, introductions and document/API access for accountability. Optional registration-source measurement uses a limited campaign label. Candidate pages do not load the public site's Google Analytics or Tower page-view beacon. Contact details, documents and salaries are not sent to analytics.
